Mental health during the Coronavirus pandemic
The mental health of a person living in the modern world is very precarious and exposed to a huge number of factors every day. Nowadays, it is no surprise to anyone that your friend pays a huge amount of money to a high-class psychologist, and a teenager next door takes antidepressants. During the coronavirus pandemic, many people who previously had no mental health problems began to experience panic attacks and depression.
While millions of people are fighting for life with a dangerous virus, even more people are fighting for their mental stability. Many people were not prepared for the fact that they would have to give up their usual lives and stay at home with their families or even alone. A real challenge!
So in China, the regime of self-isolation provoked a surge in bruises across the country. A few months of being locked up with your beloved turned out to be much more difficult than surviving an outbreak of the virus. The quarantine will end soon and we will all be able to enjoy nature, long walks in the fresh air, meetings with friends and of course traveling again!
